At the beginning of our decision to list our house we had three of the better known real estate firms come to our house to discuss what they each would do to sell our home. We went with Bill Goodale and his team from Century 21 because we were impressed with their presentation. Their detailed Comparative Market Analysis which compared our house to others in the area and their friendly, personable, confident team approach made our decision to select them as our real estate agents very easy. Once that decision was made, the Goodale team went into high gear.
We sat down to discuss all the stages of the selling process. We used their stager to advise us on how our house would best present to the public and received excellent advice which we followed to our advantage. The photographer and videographer then came in and captured our home wonderfully. The brochure and video depicting our house was exceptional.
The “for sale” sign was put in on a Monday and we sold on Wednesday. Wow! Three days and at more than we listed.
